WIT enjoys a rich legacy of talented women who have grown and developed the organization to the level of success it enjoys today.  In addition to their regular full-time jobs, these women devote their spare time, and with the consent and support of their employers, some of their normal working hours to manage and grow WIT.  The dedication and support of all these women is what makes WIT what it is today.
