WIT initiatives such as Careers In Action and Executive Coaching help technology professionals develop their careers through increased skills and expanded visibility. WIT initiatives offer unique growth and development opportunities for women looking to advance their careers or for companies looking for additional avenues to develop their future women leaders.

WIT’s Careers In Action program is designed to help individual contributors and first-line managers drive results toward their career goals.  Participants learn best practices from some of Atlanta’s most powerful executive women and are paired with a small group Advisor to challenge them; encourage them; and motivate them to take action and remain accountable toward furthering their careers.
