Women interested in participating in the Executive Coaching program should download and complete the application on this page and submit it to the WIT Chair of the Executive Coaching program.

Participants that are accepted into this program must commit to full attendance at all sessions and the interim-coaching sessions.  This commitment is required for selection consideration and maximum program impact and effectiveness.  This program is designed to be an intimate and individually focused program; therefore a maximum of eight participants will be accepted into the 2008 program.

Fees

The mission of WIT is to continuously promote the visibility of women in the IT industry.  Participants will benefit from the expertise of some of the nation’s top experts in their field. The focus of the program is on your visibility: how to create and leverage it.  Participants will have the unique opportunity to work directly with media personalities and to receive individualized sessions with an executive coach.  The fee for this rich, robust program is $5,000, payable upon application acceptance. 

Applicant Criteria

Women in Technology offer a multitude of events and programs to its members.  The Executive Coaching Program in particular has been designed for executive level women (Director or above) with a minimum of 15 years professional experience who are proven professionals ready for the personal development that will take them to the next level of accountability. Qualified applicants have a successful track reocrd of career advancement and will benefit from group and one-on-one coaching.
