![]() The Executive Roundtable (ERT), offered as a resource to our executive supporters, are quarterly, confidential assemblies for VP and C-Level Executive to meet, discuss or deliberate on pertinent issues and topics defined by the members themselves. The ERT provides an open and confidential forum for executives to interchange views and assist each other in finding solutions to common challenges. In addition, the ERT provides a valuable forum for the executives to share best practices on such topics as how to how to attract new women employees along with how to hire, develop and retain women in IT. The direction of the forum is defined by those who attend. Events are typically held over lunch. The meetings are sponsored by companies whose line of business is relative to the topic of discussion and are facilitated by different leading subject matter experts as determined by the topic. Current participants represent the Fortune 1000 companies in the Atlanta area. For more information about this program, please contact execroundtable@witinc.com.
