As Co-Chair of WIT Connect '06, Patti directs all aspects of this premier networking and fundraising event.  Now in its twelfth year, WIT Connect bring together the leaders of Georgia's technology community who donate their time in the form of a lunch which is auctioned off to raise money to support WIT and the WIT Foundation.

Patti Dismukes has served as the Chief Operating Officer of OnSite Recruit since September of 2005.  Her role is to drive the overall sales and delivery of OnSite Recruit.  Before joining OnSite Recruit, Dismukes was Senior Vice President of Technology for MDI, where she established the Professional Services division and led this division to revenue growth 140% over goal.  Prior to MDI, Dismukes served as National Vice President for Project Governance for the Technology division of Spherion Corporation.  During that time, she established and disseminated the company's methodology, was responsible for business development and delivery and oversaw the integration of five acquired IT services corporations.

Before joining the IT services industry, Dismukes was Manager of Project Office for Holiday Inn Worldwide, where she developed processes and methodologies that resulted in first-year savings of $1.2 million.  Dismukes has been in the technology industry for more than 20 years on both the technical and business sides.
